TV Show and/or Movie Discussion ♥
If you could cast C. Thomas Howell in any role for any show or movie (even if it's a "remake"), which would it be? What shows would you like to see him on? What sort of character would you like to see him play?

I, for one, would love to see him as another serial killer! Perhaps on Dexter! Or maybe in (yet another) Ted Bundy movie, where he plays Ted Bundy, circa 1980s, in prison, recapping his crimes and such. I love bad guys and I love him as one so I'd be happy to see him play the villian in just about anything!

As far as Celeb-reality TV, I'm not a huge fan of them...or any reality shows, for that matter. I do want to see the entire season of "Celebracadabra". I might also watch if he were to appear on "Dancing with the Stars" or something like that!

Also, I'm excited to see the results of the movie he's working on with Judd Nelson!

...Haha, most UNSUBS on Criminal Minds end up victims (sometimes surviving victims, sometimes not) on Dexter and vice versa. But if he showed up on Dexter I'd be a happy camper no matter the part!

"Dancing With the Stars"?? ...Hmm...as long as he doesn't wear a dress! ;-)

Movie with Judd Nelson you say? Intriguing!

My mother stopped watching Dexter after Season 1...and I drive her nuts when we're watching Criminal Minds. I'll be like "guess what he/she was on!" and for the first 20 times, she'd ask "what?"...now she just sighs and goes "Dexter".

I think appearing on Dancing with the Stars in a dress would ruin his career. A lot of people watch and love that show (including other celebrities) and while some might find humor in it, I think he'd receive a lot of negativity for it. He'd be better off leaving the dress on the professional dancer assigned to him.

And yesss, movie with Judd Nelson...I think it was just added to his IMDB profile the other day, and I updated his filmography here, as soon as I saw it.

(Sorry, I got caught up fanfic-ing, heehee!) Haha, I do that with a lot of cable/non-cable guest stars...like when Beecher from OZ was on CM and, well, Austin from CM showed up on Dexter, haha! Drives my mom nuts, hahaha!

LMAO!!! Yeah, probably, though I'd still laugh my head off...but, honestly, I think I'd prefer him to actually try if he got on and I watched it, haha!

Cool! :D

All I want for Christmas (even though I don't celebrate it) is for the team to catch Dexter. Though I'd settle for the team catching the Boondock "Saints."

You know a lot of people have chatted about a CM/Dexter cross-over but I don't think anyone's actually written it because, well, Dexter fans don't want Dexter caught and CM fans want the team to always catch the UNSUB, haha! ...Same would likely go for the Boondock Saints.

Maybe you should give a go at writing the fic? If you do I'll read it for sure! :D

As awesome as he is as playing the "bad guy," the man is such an utter doll on his reality/documentary-type shows that it would be great to see him in some roles that involve that high-energy, up-for-anything fun.

If what he's like when he's hosting is anything like what he's like in real life, the CM gang must have had a ball working with him.
